Lactancia materna en niños de peso normal y bajo al nacer

Tanto la OMS como la Academia Americana de Pediatría establecieron que la lactancia materna es el método preferido para alimentar a bebés de bajo peso al nacer y a bebés de alto riesgo porque es saludable y promueve la salud de todos los lactantes
