Progresión y manejo de la neoplasia duodenal en la poliposis adenomatosa familiar

La colectomía profiláctica ha mostrado que disminuye la incidencia de cáncer colorrectal y, en consecuencia, mejora las vidas de los pacientes con poliposis adenomatosa familiar.
