¿Cuáles son los factores de riesgo modificables que previenen el deterioro cognitivo y la demencia?

El ejercicio físico regular y el tratamiento de los factores de riesgo cardiovascular disminuyen el riesgo de deterioro cognitivo y pueden disminuir el riesgo de demencia. La alimentación saludable y el aprendizaje y el entrenamiento cognitivo durante toda la vida también pueden reducir el riesgo de deterioro cognitivo.
