Resultados de la reoperación en el síndrome de Zollinger-Ellison

La estrategia de los autores de este trabajo es reoperar a los pacientes con SZE con evidencia en los estudios por imágenes de recidiva del gastrinoma, si todos esos tumores pueden ser completamente resecados
