La lobectomía videoasistida tiene mejores resultados perioperatorios que la lobectomía abierta

En este trabajo, los autores partieron de la hipótesis de que la lobectomía mediante cirugía torácica videoasistida resulta en estadías hospitalarias más cortas y en menores complicaciones perioperatorias, comparada con la lobectomía abierta, en los estadios I y II del cáncer de pulmón no a células pequeñas.
