Seguridad y eficacia de la mediastinoscopía cuando es realizada por cirujanos torácicos generales

En este trabajo, los autores reportan su experiencia con la mediastinoscopía convencional y con la video mediastinoscopía, realizadas por 2 cirujanos torácicos generales en 1 centro médico académico.
