Grandes tumores retroperitoneales resecados en bloque con el lóbulo derecho del hígado

Los autores de este trabajo presentan su experiencia con el abordaje transhepático de la vena cava inferior comprometida en distinto grado por tumores retrohepáticos, con lo que han aumentado la operatividad y mejorado los resultados.
