Presentación de shock séptico en adolescentes con COVID-19

Se presentaron en shock séptico definidos como una infección grave que conduce a disfunción cardiovascular, peritonitis y síndrome de disfunción orgánica múltiple que cumplieron con la definición de síndrome inflamatorio multisistémico pediátrico
