Paresia de la cuerda vocal en cirugía tiroidea

El objetivo primario de este estudio fue evaluar prospectivamente la prevalencia de la paresia incidental preoperatoria de la cuerda vocal y la tasa de incidencia de la lesión perioperatoria del nervio laríngeo recurrente, utilizando una detección laringoscópica rutinaria, antes y después de la cirugía tiroidea
