Trombocitemia esencial y policitemia vera

La trombocitemia esencial y la policitemia vera son neoplasias mieloproliferativas. Ambas enfermedades pueden tener complicaciones trombohemorrágicas y transformación de la enfermedad en mielofibrosis o en leucemia mieloide aguda.
