Mortalidad y manejo de la enterocolitis necrotizante quirúrgica en neonatos de muy bajo peso

Este estudio usó una cohorte grande de neonatos con muy bajo peso al nacer, recolectada prospectivamente, para establecer comparaciones de la mortalidad para la enterocolitis necrotizante quirúrgica, basadas en el peso al nacer.
