Manejo de la pancreatitis biliar

Se investiga el resultado del tratamiento definitivo de la pancreatitis biliar en Inglaterra, es decir, de la colecistectomía, esfinterotomía endoscópica o una combinación de ambas, en la prevención de ataques ulteriores de pancreatitis.
