Resección anterior laparoscópica para el cáncer de recto

El objetivo de este ensayo controlado randomizado fue comparar la incidencia de disfunción genitourinaria, basado en una evaluación estandarizada mediante encuesta y examen uroflujométrico, en pacientes sometidos a una resección anterior laparoscópica electiva más resección mesorrectal total, con ligadura alta o baja de la arteria mesentérica inferior
