Estudio aleatorizado de benznidazol para la miocardiopatía chagásica

En pacientes con miocardiopatía chagásica, el tratamiento con benznidazol redujo significativamente la detección de parásitos circulantes, pero no redujo la progresión de la cardiopatía.
