Maniobra de reclutamiento pulmonar para reducir el dolor después de la laparoscopía.

Los autores de este trabajo realizaron una revisión sistemática de la literatura, para obtener conclusiones firmes en relación con la efectividad de la maniobra para reducir el dolor en el hombro y abdomen.
