Hallazgos en la TC y mortalidad en pacientes con neumomediastino

Los autores de este trabajo hipotetizaron sobre que existen ciertos hallazgos caracterizados por la tomografía computada inicial de tórax, que presagian un aumento en la mortalidad, en los pacientes con neumomediastino traumático debido a trauma cerrado.
