Debilidad adquirida en la UCI

Muchos supervivientes de enfermedades graves sufren deterioro funcional considerable. La movilización precoz en la UCI es una nueva estrategia para disminuir la atrofia y la disfunción. Para que sea exitosa se debe reducir al mínimo la sedación.
