Ablación con láser vs. cirugía convencional para várices de la vena safena externa

Este estudio apuntó a generar una evidencia de nivel I en el manejo del reflujo de la vena safena externa, comparando la seguridad, eficacia técnica y efectividad clínica de la cirugía convencional y de la ablación endovenosa con láser mínimamente invasiva.
