Influencia del protocolo anestésico en la motilidad intestinal durante la cirugía laparoscópica

Los autores de este trabajo realizaron un ensayo clínico multicéntrico randomizado para comparar el procedimiento de Hartmann con la anastomosis primaria más ileostomía de derivación, en pacientes con diverticulitis perforada del colon izquierdo y peritonitis purulenta o fecal.
