Quimioprofilaxis de la neumonía temprana en pacientes quirúrgicos

La profilaxis antimicrobiana quirúrgica podría actuar de manera oportuna sobre la flora existente en la orofaringe y tracto respiratorio superior reduciendo la incidencia de la neumonía postoperatoria temprana.
