Éxito del tratamiento endodóntico en una y múltiples citas

Gran controversia persiste aún respecto al número de citas que deben conformar un tratamiento endodóntico en dientes necróticos. La idea de finalizar el tratamiento en una sola cita ha sido documentada desde finales del siglo XIX, sin llegar todavía a una conclusión.
