Hernia de disco lumbar

Es la causa principal de ciática, también se detecta en estudios por imágenes en personas asintomáticas. La evolución natural es favorable. Sin cirugía el dolor disminuye en aproximadamente el 87% de los pacientes dentro de los 3 meses.
