Reducción del íleo postoperatorio mediante nutrición enteral temprana en pacientes sometidos a cirugía rectal mayor

Los efectos beneficiosos de la nutrición temprana por vía enteral podrían evitar el deterioro de la función gástrica, estimular la función intestinal, restaurar el movimiento intestinal y mejorar el resultado postoperatorio.
