Manejo clínico de la escarlatina

Los síntomas no son específicos en las etapas tempranas: dolor de garganta, dolor de cabeza, fiebre, náuseas y vómitos. Después de 12 a 48 horas, se desarrolla la característica erupción generalizada de la cabeza de alfiler de tonalidad roja
