Peritonitis generalizada debida a diverticulitis perforada

El objetivo del presente ensayo clínico multicéntrico randomizado realizado en Francia, entre junio de 2008 y mayo de 2012, fue evaluar la tasa de mortalidad después de la anastomosis primaria con una ostomía de derivación, versus el procedimiento de Hartmann, en pacientes con peritonitis diverticular.
