Neumoperitoneo a baja presión vs. a presión estándar para la colecistectomía laparoscópica

Los autores de este trabajo apuntaron a evaluar la factibilidad y seguridad del neumoperitoneo a baja presión versus el neumoperitoneo a presión estándar en la colecistectomía laparoscópica, utilizando un meta-análisis.
