Resección laparoscópica del hígado con control vascular selectivo previo

El objetivo de este estudio comparativo retrospectivo fue evaluar la eficacia del control vascular selectivo previo, en pacientes sometidos a resecciones hepáticas laparoscópicas o abiertas.
