Disección de la vesícula biliar de su lecho en la colecistectomía

El presente estudio fue diseñado y conducido para observar el efecto de la disección ultrasónica en la colecistectomía laparoscópica y para determinar la incidencia de perforación vesicular y sus consecuencias intraoperatorias.
