Tratamiento con tocolíticos para el parto prematuro

Tras analizar 95 estudios, las conclusiones fueron que los tocolíticos más eficaces para los siguientes criterios de valoración: retraso del parto por 48 horas, síndrome de dificultad respiratoria neonatal y efectos secundarios maternos, eran los inhibidores de las prostaglandinas y los antagonistas de los canales de calcio.
