El “efecto fin de semana” en los procedimientos urgentes de cirugía general

Los autores de este trabajo hipotetizaron que los pacientes sometidos a cirugías generales comunes de urgencia, durante el fin de semana, pueden tener resultados quirúrgicos, mortalidad, costos y duración de la estadía hospitalaria peores.
