Dieta Mediterránea y prevención de enfermedades cardiovasculares

En las personas con riesgo cardiovascular elevado, la dieta Mediterránea suplementada con aceite de oliva extra virgen o frutas secas redujo la incidencia de eventos cardiovasculares mayores.
