patologia poco conocida.de reacciones catastroficas para las gestaciones ,la sistematizacion en laboratorio para casos especiales debe ser la regla,antiguamente para el aborto recurrente usamos aspirineta y calcio con resultados que nos parecian buenos.pero el futuro para los de edad mayor los riesgos de acv ,imponen la pesquisa .buen articulo -felicidades

Sindrome de Anticuerpos Antifosfolipídico

Soy paciente con secuela de éste síndrome; (hemiplejia ),sufrí un ACVhemorrágico por complicación de trombosis de senos venosos con pérdida de embarazo de 14 semanas, posteriormente ,TVP(trombosis venosa profunda, en vena cava derecha.Mi hematóloga indicó terapia con ácido fólico ..Quiero alegar que el estres en etapa de agotamiento(3ra etapa) -(en mi caso- )es fundamental causante de enfermedades autoinmunes, dado que los glucocorticoides y cortisol segregados como respuesta del organismo ante el estres suprimen el sistema inmunológico; por tanto debería incluirse el estado emocional y psicosocial entre los factores de riesgo.

Considero que es un articulo interesante que es util para los mèdicos, es muy concreto y nos da pautas de diagnostico y tratamiento de esta patologia. Gracias.
