Interrupción diaria de la sedación en pacientes graves con ARM

El objetivo de este estudio aleatorizado, controlado, multicéntrico, con 430 pacientes graves, fue comparar la estrategia de sedación según protocolo con la de sedación según protocolo más la interrupción diaria de ésta.
