Fijación de la fractura costal para el tórax móvil

Los autores de este trabajo consideraron prudente investigar si la reducción abierta y fijación interna de las fracturas costales, en el tórax móvil, representa una forma costo-efectiva de manejo, en comparación con el abordaje no operatorio.
