Características del ciclo menstrual en mujeres con miomas uterinos

Los miomas uterinos son los tumores benignos del músculo liso del útero y tienen una prevalencia del 3 al 20%.

Soy estudiante de Medicina , tengo poco conocimeinto sobre el tema pero me gustaria que me ayudara a entender sobre el tema de miomas ,como explica la presencia de multiples miomas de tipo intramural subseroso corpal anterior en mujer de 37 año de edad que en ninguna etapa de su vida estuvo enbarazada a su eda no ha tenido relaciones sexuales quiero decir que aun es virgen cual seria la explicasion a este caso muy particular...
