Monitoreo ambulatorio de presión arterial
El hecho que el número de pacientes con un control inapropiado de la presión arterial va en aumento ha llevado a los clínicos a usar cada vez más éste método.

Afortunadamente existe este metodo de evaluar mejor a nuestros pacientes, ya que infortunadamente las instituciones del estado continuan con su negligencia, descuido u omision de solo aportar con algo tan antiguo como es el afinamiento, cuyos resultados no son nada precisos e intervienen muchos factores..Yo diria que mas del 99% de los pacientes de las EPS, incluyendo el seguro social colombiano los pacientes con hipertension arterial estan mal tratados.
