¿Es tiempo de abandonar el uso rutinario del drenaje quirúrgico?

El propósito de este estudio fue evaluar la asociación entre la colocación primaria de un drenaje y la formación de una fístula pancreática postoperatoria y la subsecuente necesidad de un manejo directo con drenaje secundario, después de una duodenopancreatectomía.
